Our SRO Mobile app has now been updated with a guide to rates and grants for 2018-19.
The rates and grants guide provides detailed information on the latest rates and grants related to all the revenue lines we manage, including land tax, land transfer duty, motor vehicle duty, payroll tax, and levies, including the congestion levy and commercial passenger vehicle service levy.
It also provides information on the first home owner grant and the first home buyer duty exemptions and concessions.
The SRO Mobile App was relaunched at the beginning of July with significant improvements and the addition of four new calculators for pensioner land transfer duty, land tax, land tax for trusts, and motor vehicle duty.
